Compete and Empower

For 7,000 years leaders have used the doctrine of Conquer and Oppress to rule. This book describes a new doctrine that Brian Sear calls Compete and Empower, which is based on overcoming the pitiful performances of world leaders who have caused 5.5 billion of the world’s population to live in poverty.

I worked with the author on this book to proofread the text, format the references, and write an index. Through this relationship, the author and I had some lively discussions about the topic of his book.
